How to Book an Appointment without Login

If you're looking to schedule a consultation using the PlanetDoctor marketplace, follow this step-by-step guide. When you book an appointment through the marketplace, you are also automatically registered in the system as a patient.

Step 1: Search for a Doctor

• Visit the PlanetDoctor homepage.

• Use the search bar to select a specialty and enter your current location.

• Click the Search button to proceed.

Step 2: Filter and View Providers

• You will be redirected to the provider listing page.

• Use filters such as Specialty, Gender, Spoken Language, and Distance to refine your search.

• Browse through available doctors, and their profiles will be displayed along with available appointment dates.

Step 3: Choose an Appointment Date

• Review the available dates shown below each doctor’s profile.

• Click on a preferred date to view available time slots.

Step 4: Select a Time Slot

• A list of available time slots for the selected date will appear.

• Click on your preferred time slot to proceed.

Step 5: Enter Reason for Appointment

• A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter the reason for your appointment.

• Fill in the required field and click on the Continue Booking button.

Step 6: Enter Contact Details for OTP Verification

• You will be redirected to a verification screen.

• Select your country code and enter your valid mobile number.

• Click on Send OTP to receive a one-time password for verification.

Step 7: Verify OTP

• Enter the OTP received on your mobile number.

• Click the Submit button to continue.

Step 8: Fill Out Personal Information

• After OTP verification, complete your profile by entering:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Gender

  • Location

  • Timezone

  • Password (to set up your account)

• Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click Continue.

Step 9: Complete Payment

• You will be redirected to the payment gateway.

• Choose your payment method: enter your email or mobile to log in to PayPal or pay using a credit/debit card.

• Complete the payment process securely.

Step 10: Appointment Confirmation

• Once the payment is successful, a Thank You screen will appear confirming that your appointment has been booked.

• You can now click the Login button to access your patient dashboard.

Notes:

• Upon booking, your details are automatically registered into the PlanetDoctor system.

• You can manage appointments, view consultation history, and access prescriptions from your dashboard.
