How to Register as a Patient

Follow the steps below to create your patient account and start accessing healthcare services through the PlanetDoctor platform.

Visit the Registration Page

Go to app.planetdoctor.com/Account/Login and click on the "Sign Up" option. Select "Patient" as your registration type.

1. Enter Country Code and Phone Number

• Country Code: Choose your country from the dropdown (e.g., +91 for India).

• Phone Number: Enter your 10-digit mobile number.

2. Verify with OTP

• After entering the phone number, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your mobile.

• Enter the received OTP in the provided field.

• If you haven’t received it, click “Resend OTP”.

3. Enter Personal Details

• First Name and Last Name: Provide your legal first and last name.

• Gender: Choose from the dropdown (e.g., Male, Female, Other).

• Email: Enter a valid email address for communication and login purposes.

4. Set Your Password

• New Password: Create a secure password (ideally with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and a special character).

• Re-enter Password: Confirm your password to ensure no typo.

5. Provide Location Details

• Address: Enter your full address or at least your city and state.

6. Reference Type

• Select Reference Type: Choose how you heard about the platform (e.g., Doctor, Hospital, Advertisement, Friend, etc.).

7. Select Your Time Zone

• Choose your Time Zone to ensure appointment timings are shown correctly.

Final Step: Signup

• After filling in all the details, click on the “Signup” button at the bottom.

• Once registered, you can sign in using your phone number and password.
