Tracking Appointment Payments via the Transaction List

The Transaction List  within the PlanetDoctor platform serves as a comprehensive record of all completed appointment payments. After a successful consultation and payment confirmation, a new transaction entry is generated, ensuring seamless tracking for both patients and healthcare providers.

Accessing the Transaction List :

To view your recent payments:

1. Log in to the PlanetDoctor platform.

2. From the left-hand navigation panel, click on “Transactions List”.

3. You will be redirected to the transaction overview page.
