Viewing and Managing Your Appointments

The My Appointments section allows patients to view all their upcoming and past consultations with healthcare providers. This area helps keep track of appointment details, statuses, and provides access to appointment-related actions.

Accessing the My Appointments Section

To access this section:

  1. Log into your patient account.

  2. Click on My Appointments in the left-hand menu.

Filtering Your Appointments

To make it easier to find specific appointments, use the available filters:

  • Provider Name: Enter the name of the doctor you consulted with.

  • From Date / To Date: Select the desired date range to narrow down the appointment list.

  • Status: You can filter by:

    • All

    • Cancelled by Patient

    • Patient No Show

    • Completed

    • Upcoming

After selecting your filter criteria, click Search to display the results. To reset the filters, click Refresh.

You can also toggle between:

  • Upcoming: Displays only future appointments.

  • Past: Displays completed or missed appointments.

Appointment Table Overview

Each row in the appointment list displays the following:

Column Description
Provider Name Name of the healthcare professional (e.g., Dr. Rajesh Kumawat).
Appointment Type Type of appointment (e.g., Scheduled Booking).
Appointment Date The scheduled date and time of the appointment.
Status The current status of the appointment (e.g., Cancel by Patient, Patient No Show).
Action Click the calendar icon to view or manage the appointment details.

Appointment Status Types

Understanding the status helps patients keep track of what actions were taken:

  • Cancel by Patient: Appointment was cancelled by the user.

  • Patient No Show: Appointment was missed without prior cancellation.

  • Completed: The consultation has been successfully conducted.

  • Upcoming: The appointment is scheduled and yet to take place.

Managing Your Appointments

  • You can view the full details of any appointment by clicking the calendar icon in the Action column.

  • Based on the appointment type and platform rules, you may be able to reschedule or cancel appointments in advance.
